Who am I?

I’ve been on a spiritual path for over 30 years, (really all my life!). This journey has been one of the most painfull, terrifying, exhilarating and liberating experiences of my life that has brought so many blessings and miracles. It began when my mother died in 1981 and my life fell apart. Her death was a catalyst for me to begin to “wake up” more consciously and find myself.

Months later I experienced what felt like a spiritual earthquake. I had a vision on standing in rubble, my walls came crashing down and I realized I was a stranger to myself. I felt raw, exposed and terrified. It was at that moment I prayed for the first time and made a commitment to live in the Light and come “home” to who I am no matter what came up in life. I would never go back into the darkness to hide.

Over the years I’ve mourned the loss of my father within two and a half years of my mother’s death, said goodbye to two beloved pets, dealt with heavy debts and financial challenges. I lost a ton of money in the stock market, reinvented my business several times, almost lost my home, and victoriously faced four breast cancer diagnoses with minimal medical intervention. I’ve been on my knees more times than I can count and been lifted up repeatedly…..

I’ve learned to transform fear into courage, scarcity into abundance, become more self-loving, and turn past hurts into wisdom, compassion, and power. And I have learned how to shift spiritual mental concepts to become a living embodiment of Divine Essence which is where the real magic happens!

I am committed to my spiritual journey and deepening my bond with God every day. Nothing is more important to me than my relationship with God and being of service to humanity’s awakening. My life strategy is simple - to continue to heal, grow, and evolve by following my heart.

I am an internationally recognized one love coach, soul guide, inner grace healer, and higher realm channel.
