If this was the last day of your life and you did a life review, what would you see?
Would you feel proud/good/happy about who you have become?
Will your life reflect your passions and joys?
Will you see a life lived well, rich in love, purpose and abundance?
Periodic life reviews are great tools to bring perspective and ignite courage to stand in your Divinity and POWER.
Fear is an illusion that can grip your heart and control your life. Fear is a sign that you have disconnected from God and are aligned with your ego. When you are focused on fear, your attention is on the future and all the things your mind imagines.
Knowing that can be a powerfull key to bring yourself back into the present moment to reconnect with the Divine Presence within.
This is not always easy because the subconscious mind has so much control over our life. Mind techniques are band aids and do not produce long-last transformational shifts. You cannot “think” yourself out of feeling fear by trying to get rid of it.
Learning how to turn fear into an ally and activating your courageous heart with your soul to guide you will bring a greater sense of freedom and ease to your life.
In the late 1980′s I did a weekend and fire walk with Tony Robbins. One phrase that has stayed with me is, “If you can’t you must. If you must, you can.” This simple quote has often been a great motivator to action when I have slipped into doubt and resistance.
When you feel and hear the voice of your soul gently nudging, guiding, calling you forward…. Listen. TRUST your wisdom. Trust that Divine Essence that sees beyond the ego’s limitations and knows the path to bring you into the greatest adventure of your life.
You came into this life with EVERYTHING you need to overcome ANY obstacle in your life. You are more powerfull than you realize. When you believe the stories your fear-filled ego creates, you forget who you are.
Use your knowledge for the practical functioning of your days. Use your inner wisdom to create a magical life.
The world is in a period of Awakening. YOU are waking up to the TRUTH. And it will take courage to stand strong and step into the grand design of your life that will leave a legacy for future generations.
Trust the wisdom of your soul. It knows the way home. Your ego doesn’t! Listen and follow the Light! You will always be guided well.

Wonderful post, Lorraine! I love that you point out that everything we need to live our lives as we were Divinely meant to is already inside us. That’s a great point that is so easy to forget.
Fear is a skillful thief and great destroyer. It robs us of our destiny if we let it. And it can destroy everything we were created to be.
Knowing we have the power within us to defeat fear is a crucial step in living the life each of us was meant to live.

A really inspirational article Lorraine. When I used to encounter Fear in my work it was showing me my ego mind was resisting moving out of its comfort zone, but my soul was nudging me to take the next step in both the evolution of myself and my business. Now the comfort zones have dropped away and I am free-flowing in TRUST with the Divine. That’s when the synchronicities and miracles occur!
